Are you the Department of State?

No, Dash Passports and Visa Services is a third party service that expedites your passport on your behalf. We are authorized to physically take your passport into the Department of State to process your US Passport within the timeframe you select with our services. All passports are processed through the Department of State.

Do I email Documentation?

You will be required to FedEx your documentation into our services for processing unless otherwise instructed.

How does service work?

Once you place your order with Dash Passport and Visa services, you will be provided with a checklist of documentation needed. Once you gather your documentation together, you will ship your documents to our services. We will then review your documents, take it to the US Department of State or consulate on your behalf and your processing time begins. Once your passport and/or visa is released, it will be overnighted to you and we will provide you with the tracking information.

What is an Acceptance Agent?

An Acceptance Agent is found at most local post offices, county clerks office, or library. They are an official to verify the applicants’ identity and watch the applicant sign the documentation. Since you are getting your passport expedited through our service, which is known as a “Hand-Carry Service”, once the Acceptance Agent has verified everything, and sealed the documentation, you will ship that information to our services to personally take into the Department of State on your behalf.

How much is the normal processing cost through the post office? (Expedited vs. Regular)

To apply through the post office or mail to the Department of State Directly, the process can take 6-8 weeks and the government fee is $110 for adults (16 and over) and $80 for children (15 and under).

Expediting your passport, the government fee is $170 for adults (16 and over) and $140 for children (15 and under).

Can you help someone that has already applied with the passport agency/post office?

Unfortunately, once you apply with the passport agency directly Dash Passport and Visa Services cannot interfere to expedite your passport further.

Are the government fee’s is addition to your service fee?

Yes, Government fee’s are paid by personal check or money order and it is not included with the service fee’s.

Is this service guaranteed?
Our services are guaranteed as long as all documentation is correct and there is no issues with the applicants background check that the government will conduct. Please keep in mind Dash Passport and Visa Services cannot be held accountable for holiday closures, unexpected government closures or weather delays.
Can you help non-US citizens?

If you are not a US Citizen looking to get a passport, you will need to apply with your country’s Embassy.

If you are not a US Citizen looking to get an international travel visa, as long as you are a legal resident of the US, we can assist with most travel visas. Please contact us to inquire about your specific request.

Do you offer Schengen visa?

Unfortunately, due to the in-person interview requirement for Schengen visas, we are unable to assist with obtaining this visa.

How do you ship the completed passport?

All passports are shipped via FedEx overnight shipping. You will be provided with a tracking number once your passport/travel visa is completed.

Can you assist with visas for the US?

Unfortunately, due to the in-person interview requirement for US visas, we are unable to assist with obtaining a US visa.

What is a Passport Card?
Passport cards are a wallet-sized ID that is good for land and sea travel.
What is a Passport Consultation?

If you don’t need your passport expedited, but still want the assistance of gathering the documentation together, Dash Passport and Visa services can send you a checklist of everything you need along with the instructions of what to do for your particular situation. 

Please note, since we will not be hand carrying the application, we cannot account for any suspensions or delays.
